Move includes the migration of categories and up to 500 products incl. variants after a data review. Categories have no fixed limit. Larger, unstructured or complex migrations are reviewed individually under Scale.

Customer migration is possible — passwords depend on the legacy system.

Customer migration is included in Move where technically clean. Depending on the legacy system, passwords may not transfer directly. In that case customers will need to reset their password in the new shop.

Content is not migrated in the Move package.

Move deliberately focuses on migration of categories, products and customer accounts where technically possible. Content such as CMS pages, landing pages, shopping experiences, blog posts, manufacturer pages or editorial content is not included. If content needs migration or restructuring, we review it under Scale.

Theme selection with a clear base configuration.

We support you choosing a suitable Shopware theme and configure it within the Move scope. Theme costs, monthly theme subscriptions, plugin costs or third-party fees are not included in the package price.

Shopware licence

Not included in the package price. Free up to €1M annual GMV; above that a paid Shopware licence is required. As a Shopware Partner we advise on selection and negotiation with Shopware.

SEO is considered during migration.

During a shop relaunch, clean redirects and prioritised URLs matter. Move covers base SEO and redirects for the most important URLs so your switch to Shopware is properly prepared.
